Welcome

Max Gleeson is recognised as one of Australia’s most experienced wreck divers and authorities on NSW shipwrecks. His interest in diving began with spearfishing in the mid 1960’s. Max is a multi-award winning underwater photographer, his awards include the prestigious Australasian Underwater Photographer of the Year award and the Oztek Underwater Video Award.

Over many years Max has given numerous presentations to various groups such as Dive Clubs, Historical Societies, National Maritime Museum and Oztek Conferences.

Max continues to research and dive wrecks along the NSW coast with the culmination of this research being new Books and DVDs. Have a look in the Books and DVDs areas of the website to learn more about the current and upcoming titles.

Shipwrecks of Truk Lagoon II - New Release!

At 2 hours 42 minutes, this is the definitive underwater wreck series on NSW wrecks, covering 14 of NSW best known wrecks.  Shipwrecks of Truk Lagoon Vol 2 showcases wrecks that are generally not dived by first time visitors, laregly because they are too deep or too far away or divers simply run out of dives. A number of the wrecks are arguably the best the area has to offer.

Max’s work covers over eight hours of quality footage diving some of the best shipwrecks in the world. USB sticks can either be played on a laptop or PC, but are much more enjoyable plugged into a large TV. Most modern TV’s have this facility .
